ADOPTABLE TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Please make sure you read all my rules/TOS below before claiming Adoptables.
Rules and TOS apply to all characters I have designed, even when trading on.
DO NOT steal, edit, trace, re-upload, claim or copy my art/designs
PLEASE RESPECT MY WORK AND DO NOT EDIT MY ARTWORK!

TERMS OF SERVICE - ADOPTS
LAST UPDATE: OCT.3, 2025This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $200+.
2. On orders above $300+ customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
4. Payment is expected within 24 hours of claiming.
5. Only claim if you are committed to purchasing them, swapping or mind changes are not allowed
6. All Adoptables are first come first serve (unless stated otherwise)
7. Please DO NOT send payment until I have confirmed your claim, as someone else may have claimed it before you!
8. If you fail to pay , delete your claims, break the rules, falsely claim, spam or harass myself or others,you will be blocked and banned from purchasing from me.
Depending on the severity, this may also result in a public blacklist to protect other artists.
9. I DO NOT accept sales from minors (as you must be 18+ to have a Wise/Payoneer account)
10. PLEASE DO NOT Purchase from me via someone else's PayPal / Payoneer.ADOPTS TRANSFER & DELIVERY
11. Once I have received full payment for your adoptable I will transfer the character over to you within 48hrs you will then have access to the unwatermarked file and any accessories/art that come along with the design.
11a. Please be patient when I transfer the files to you, I do things as quickly as I possibly can whilst I have other obligations such as
work and may not be online, harassment will not be tolerated. I will get your files to you as soon as I can.
11b. I can send files via Twitter DM's, Email or Discord (if you are in a shared server as this is private).
12. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
13. Any other method of delivery, either digital , has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, digital service subscription fees etc.
14. It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
15. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.MY ADOPTS DESIGN
16. All of my designs are for Non-Commercial use if you don't unlock COMMERCIAL USE!
17. This means you cannot use this design to sell on merchandise or make profit from.
18. Please do not share or repost my adoptable sheets elsewhere without my permission as this leads to art theft.
19. Please do not copy, trace, steal or heavily reference any of my designs or adoptables, theft will not be tolerated.
20. I will not make changes to completed designs/adoptables. You are allowed to make changes to the design after purchase, however, please DO NOT edit, alter, add or draw on my art/original design.
21. You are free to change outfits, gender, species etc of your adoptable once they belong to you.
22. If you change elements about the design, you must keep the original design somewhere,
23. if you trade them, you must provide the original design to the new owner and clearly state the redesign was NOT done by me.
24. Please give me credit for the original design when you first upload, any other work featuring your adoptable after that is fine without but please don't claim the design as your own!
25. My designs are not allowed to be used for AI "art" generating purposes, as the original artist and designer, I do not consent for my art to be used for AI learning.
None of my designs are allowed to be used as NFTs or participate in the NFT market.TRADING OR RE-HOMING MY ADOPTS/DESIGNS
26. Reselling, Trading or re-adopting a purchased adoptable is allowed, but you can not sell it for more than what you paid for,
unless accompanied by extra art equivalent to the price you purchased the artwork for.
27. Adoptables received through trades, gifts or freebies CANNOT be resold under any circumstances.
Re-selling designs purchased from me directly for profit is strictly not allowed.
28. Please make sure new owners are aware of the rules regarding the design and credits are carried over
Adoptables that are part of a group/set or have more than one character in original listing cannot be seperated and must be sold/traded together.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
29. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. 30. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.31. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.32. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

TERMS OF SERVICE - COMMISSIONS
LAST UPDATE: OCT.3, 2025This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS

4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
5. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
7. Any other method of delivery, either digital , has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, digital service subscription fees etc.

9. Customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
10. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
12. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.REFUND POLICY
14.Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. If I am halfway through, then I will give you half your money back. If I have already completed it, then I will not allow a refund. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
15. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. 17. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated ( slandering, defaming, slur, cussed, drama , play victim , etc. ) and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

All transactions are done via PayPal through Payoneer Invoice, will guide you with a quick step-by-step process.

They may increase based on different factors (e.g. additional characters, detailed BG, complex details)

Custom commission costs are calculated per view (front, side, back). Any chosen add-ons will also apply to the price of each view.
